Region layer
Create a stroke around the shape designated by the tool itโs created with.
Width can be changed
Outline Layer
Similar to outline layer,
More options for adjusting its width and properties.
Advanced Outline Layers
Allows you to select an object and manipulate its handles (move, rotate, scale)

Works much like the transform tool except when multiple handles are selected
