How are SDRs measured and paid?

A

SDRs are typically measured/paid by the number of qualified meetings/leads they generate each month. Some are evaluated on the potential revenue of a lead as well as weather the lead gets closed. This will vary by company

What are the activities & metrics that are expected from an SDR?

A

You will be expected to schedule a certain amount of meetings a month (quota). You’ll also be expected to hit outreach quotas anywhere from 20-200 a month.
