If a patient on anti-coagulation presents with symptoms suggestive of a TIA what should be done?
Urgent referral to A&E to exclude haemorrhage via CT head

Leg weakness with speech and facial sparing
What is the acute management of a migraine?
Triptain PLUS NSAID/paracetamol for acute migraines
Prophylaxis- propranolol or topiramate (not in women of child bearing age as teratogenic and reduces effectiveness of contraception)
