1
Q

Wrist Flexion

A

ROM: 0˚-90˚
Pt: Short sitting, shoulder/elbow flexed 90˚, forearm pronated with hand off edge, fingers extended
Axis: Distal to styloid process of ulna
SA: Parallel to and over lateral midline of ulna, in line with olecranon
MA: Lateral midline of 5th metacarpal
ST: forearm

  • Avoid radial/ulnar deviation; depression of 5th metacarpal
