A

TB, 痲瘋進入人體→巨噬細胞進行吞噬→菌寄生在巨噬細胞中

巨噬細胞藉由MHC1表現Ag→活化Tc產生target cell毒殺

巨噬細胞藉由MHC2表現Ag→活化Th加強Tc作用

正常情況:Th1»Th2→帶菌的巨噬細胞被圍住→形成Granuloma(單一病灶)→TB, 類結核性痲瘋
