もうすぐ出産になるので、出産できる体勢をとりましょう。

赤ちゃんが出てくるところを準備しましょう。

少し冷たいですよ。
You might feel a little bit cold.
パッドを外してきれいなシートを敷きます。
I’ll take off your pad then put on the clean sheet.
腰を上げられますか？
Can you lift your bottom up?
脚を覆いますね。
Let me cover your legs.
ここに赤ちゃんが乗りますよ。
She/He will come out on the sheet.
手をお胸の上に置くときは、このシーツの下にしましょう。
When you put your hands on your chest, put them under this sheet.
お背中(上半身)を上げます／下げますね。
Your upper body is going up/down.
陣痛が来たら教えてください。
