The next linebacker to the left of the Middle Linebacker. Most likely the Left outside linebacker. But in some defenses he could be lined up over the guard.
When we call out Zulu “Ronnie” who is the Quarterback now responsible for?
The next linebacker to the right of the Middle Linebacker. Most likely the right outside linebacker. But in some defenses he could be lined up over the guard.
When we call out Zoro or Zulu “Dog” who is the Fullback responsible for?
The force player on the backside of the play. This could be a stand up DE, the backside OLB or a walk up safety.
When we call out Zoro or Zulu “Load” who is the Fullback responsible for?
The force player on the playside of the play. This could be a stand up DE, the playside OLB or a walk up Safety.
When we call Zoro or Zulu “Mickey” who is the Quarterback responsible for?
The Middle Linebacker. He now becomes invisible and will be “read” by the Quarterback.

The Noseguard. He now becomes invisible and will be “read” by the Quarterback.

The Left Defensive Tackle. Most likely lined up on the Guard in a 1,2 or 3 Technique

The Right Defensive Tackle. Most likely lined up on the Guard in a 1,2 or 3 Technique
