Digestion: Epigastric and abd distention and pain/Belching and poor appetite/Diarrhea, sometimes alt with constipation

Menses: Breast tenderness/Irregular menses or sydmennorhea/PMS/Pain before cycle or on first day

Tongue: Pale body/Potentially thin shape/Thin white coat

Sx:
Head: Pale skin, face, lips/Dizziness and vertigo/Floaters in eyes/Blurry vision/Dry eyes/Night blindness/Forgetfulness/Memory loss

Pain: Spasms of tendons or muscles/Weakness of limbs/Numbness of limbs/Dull, achey pain (including dull headaches)/Hyperlaxity in joints

Menses: Light menstrual flow/Late periods or amennorhea/Pain after cycle or towards end of flow/All sx worse after loss of blood

Skin/Hair/Nails: Pale skin or lips/Dry hair/Dry skin/Brittle nails

Tongue: Deficient tongue: pale/cracked/red tip

Sx: Red eyes/Bitter taste in mouth

Potentially nausea or bloating from ST Qi rebelling invasion

Tongue: Red body/Peeled, shiny, or geographic coat/Thin shape

Sx:
Head: Temporal headache or behind eyes/Distending sensation in the head/Dizziness and vertigo/High pitched tinnitus (potentially low pitch too from Kd)/Flushed face/Red eyes/Dry mouth and throat

Emotions/Sleep: Irritability/Insomnia and dream disturbed sleep/Emotionally ‘stressed’/Easy to anger/Palpitations

Concurrent Sx-Kd Yin Xu: Poor memory coming from kidney xu/Sore low back and knee pain/Night sweats/Spermatorrhea/Infertility/Low libido
