A
  1. All suspected adverse drug reactions for new medicines. (Identified by the black triangle symbol)
  2. All suspected adverse drug reactions occuring in children (even if off-label)
  3. All serious suspected vaccine reactions.
  4. All serious suspected reactions from unlicensed medicines, herbal remedies and off-label medicines.
