Social Health: Social health is one part of our overall wellbeing.
Being able to make friends and get along with others.
Personal Strengths: I can identify our personal strengths.
The things you’re good at, like skills, talents, or knowledge.
Help-seeking: I know help-seeking tools.
Knowing when to ask for help, who to ask, and how to use the help you get.
Discrimination: Discrimination is within the world.
Treating people unfairly because of their race, age, gender, or other differences.
Stereotypes: I don’t use stereotypes.
Believing all people in a group are the same, often in a wrong way.
Diversity: We have diversity here at MRSC.
Including people of different backgrounds, cultures, genders, etc.
Values: We uphold our three values at MRSC.
The beliefs and rules we think are important in life.
Positivity: Our world would be different if everyone showed positivity to all tasks.
Having a positive and optimistic attitude.
Puberty: We all go through puberty.
The time when your body changes and you become able to have children.
Hormones: Everybody has hormones in their body.
Chemicals in your body that control how it grows and works.
Reproduction: Reproduction is important for the world.
The process of having babies.
Gender: People can identify with whatever gender they choose.
Being male, female, or another identity, and how you feel about it.
Menstrual Cycle: The menstrual cycle happens within the human body.
The monthly changes in a female’s body, including getting a period.
