Having per sale pay rates such as piece rates where one is payed per item made motivating them to make more products

disadvantages however are high costs and higher prices for customers and sometimes it doesn’t make a difference to profit as if economy is bad people don’t care about environment ect.

organisations that support causes such as workers rights, the environment and animal welfare
