What criteria is must be met for a war to be just (okay)?
- It has to be authorised by the government
- The cause of the war must be just (it has to be for a good reason)
- The aim of the war is to establish peace
- There must be a reasonable chance of success
- Civilian should not be involved, just armies of trained soldiers
- War is the last resort
Give ONE example of a person who has shown forgiveness
Gordon Wilson-
He forgave the bombers who killed his daughter and said there would be no point in carrying around hate and anger and that he would soon see his daughter in heaven again.

What does terrorism mean?
The use of violence and threats to cause terror and panic to get across a message.
What is a just war?
A war fought with a just (okay) criteria that makes it right.
What is extremism?
An act that is usually severely violent, life-threatening and excesses in its nature. It has an aim which is not reasonable.
What is pacifism?
The view that any kind of violence or war is wrong. Things should be worked out peacefully.
What is the golden rule?
The rule that says you must treat others as you would like to be treated in the same situation.
What does inspirational mean?
Someone or something that has motivated and encouraged people to do great things for a cause.
