Scan your path of travel
Look at least 10 to 15 seconds ahead

- Slow

Distance from cars
Normally two second distance
Slippery, heavy traffic follow distance

What is SEE?
Search, Evaluate, and Execute
Parking roadside
Angle of 45 or 90 from the curb and wheel or fender touching the curb
When to signal?
Last 100 feet before your turn. At highway speeds at least five seconds before.
If tailgated what to do?
Flash brake lights before stopping
Front wheel lock
Release front brake immediately and reapply firmly
Rear wheel lock
on surface with good traction keep locked until complete stop.
If braking on curve
Straighten first then brake.
Otherwise apply gently more brake pressure until bike is straight and then max pressure if possible.
Wobble
Do not fight the wobble, hold firm, roll off gradually, do not apply brakes, move your weight forward and down.
Motorcycle towing trailers limits
<55mph, remain on right lane, not allowed in carpool lane,
