Q

How to perform dorsl, volar, ulnar, and radial glides

A

Wrist extension (Volar) = usually put towel under pronated arm, stabilize radius and ulna with one ahnd and carpals with the other hand. Put into neutral wrist and be in split stance and move wrist down at carpal bones

Wrist Flexion = same thing as above but instead you are going to be moving the carpal bones upward

Radial Deviation = same thing but have hand on side with thumb up and move down into an ulnar glide (downwards)

Ulnar Deviation = same thing as radial deviation but move into radial deviation (upwards)
