Worldview
A worldview is a set of beliefs, values, and assumptions that shape an individual’s or a group’s perception of the world, influencing their understanding of reality, ethics, and decision-making.
Time
Time is a continuous progression of events that influence the development of societies and the course of history. (Clocks, life & after life, seasons)
Beliefs
Belief refers to a mental acceptance or conviction in something as true, whether it’s related to religion, ideology, or personal convictions. (Religion & ideas of life)
Values
Values are principles or standards of behaviour that individuals or societies consider important. (things that are important to you)
Knowledge
Knowledge refers to information, facts, and understanding acquired through study, experience, or learning. (School, Who teaches education, & where you learn)
Economy
The economy refers to the system of production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services within a society or region that help bring in money. (Money, Selling and Buying)
Society
Society is a group of individuals who share a common culture, values, and social structure. It is a fundamental concept in social studies, as it involves the study of human interactions and organization. (Social Class, Government & Laws)
Geography
Geography is the study of the Earth’s physical features, climate, and human populations, including their distribution and interactions. (Landscape, Climate, Resources)
