Because of the 1st Moroccan crisis Kaiser Wilhelm felt humiliated and wanted revenge, and was determined that France would not get more control over Morocco.

Serbia was to small to stop the Austrians, so they appealed to Russia for help because they were also Slavs.
Explain 2 consequences of the Bosnian crisis
The Germans supported the Austrians during the Bosnian crisis, the Austrians were grateful for this support, which strengthened the alliance between the two countries. The Austrians felt they could rely on the Germans in any future conflict with Serbia.
The Russians felt humiliated by being forced to back down. So they began to make military preparations, including the building of railways. The Russians were determined not to back down in the future.
