what does it mean by resource centre
Companies must be able to access knowledge
both codified: Carried and spread by internet world wide

What does it mean by learning centre
Companies must be able to learn to grow and develop so need to be connected to educational institutions, policy makers and research bases, to allow them to be at the forefront

A place where tactic knowledge is such as CBD, science parks, major educational establishments, where contact can take place to encourage growth and development
