What is workplace bullying?
A repeated and unreasonable behavior directed to a worker or group of workers that create a risk to health and safety.
What are the categories of bully?
Chronic, Opportunistic and Situational
What is chronic bullying?
It is a learned childhood behavior or a personality disorder. They make unrealistic judgments about other peoples intentions.
What is opportunistic bullying?
It is people who are self-centered, ambitious and are prepared to win at any cost. These people want to control everything and everyone on their way to success.
What is situational bullying?
They are the people who take advantage of workplace situations and display bullying behaviors.

Screaming mimi, Two headed snake, Constant critic and the Gate keeper.
What is a screaming mimi?
They yell, cuss and point fingers.
What is the two headed snake?
They are the backstabbers.
What is the constant critic?
They try to erode your confidence in your own competence.
What is the gate keeper?
They withhold resources you need to succeed.
