Any ppl or ethci poplualtion forced or induced to leave its traditional homeland (ex. jews or Ukrainians)
what is onshoring?
The relocation of business processes or production to a lower cost location inside the same country as the business

contracting part of the business’ processes or production to an external company located in a country that is relatively close. For the US that means Mexico or Canada.

Creating a new org in a foreign country.
