a person with strong internal guidance, practices ethical behavior and encourages others to do the same.

what is cultural quotient
A
it joins intelligence quotient and emotional quotient in how we think about ppl. CQ is a system consisting of 3 interactive part: cultural knowledge, cross-cultural skills, and cultural metacognition. the last one is described as cultural mindfulness. This is the ability to recognize cultural context, analyze the cultural issues, and develop strategies to work within them.
