1-some increased strength in BLE; not necessarily ready to walk yet.
2- No active bleeding
3- Pain control
4- N/V under control
5- Normal VS

Charting for Pt D/C:

1-Attach procedures
eg: Labor & C/S, etc
2-Post Evaluation:
ControL & F12 to fill it all at once; check to be sure it is all correct
3- Go to Manage orders
Enter Discharge / sign it
4- Sign the record in the post section near the bottom
