Animal guard was either improperly installed or has come loose/damaged.
Repair Animal Guard
The Snow guards were improperly installed or have been damaged.
Repair Snow Guard
Customer is reporting that the system has come loose from racking.
Repair Racking
One or more strings have stopped producing.
Repair String Fault
The Meter has stopped communicating with the Inverter and NOC.
Repair Meter Communications
Complicated issue that will require an electrician. Could be an issue with the backup loads, the MSP, interconnection, breaker, fuses or AC Disconnect. Known issue with the electrical equipment, not necessarily the PV
Repair Electrical – Ground
Circuits have tripped the breaker and at least one string is no longer producing.
Repair Electrical – Rooftop
System is experiencing Electrical Noise and the production data is skewed.
Repair Generation – Ground
System is losing volts to Grounding. OR Voltage is jumping through the air to complete its path (Arc Fault).
Repair Generation – Rooftop
Inverter/Envoy has stopped reporting to NOC
Repair Communications – Ground
MLE are failing to report, remote device scans/pairing have failed
Repair Communications – Rooftop
The breakers keep tripping, the fuses are blown or an Envoy needs replacement. Exposed wires in conduit.
Troubleshoot Electrical – Ground
One or more strings are underperforming or not producing
Troubleshoot Electrical – Rooftop
System is experiencing Electrical Noise and the production data is skewed. Also applicable for unknown Generation issues where we still have communication with the system
Troubleshoot Generation – Ground
System appears to be losing volts to grounding. Typically <1.0 kWh production on NOC
Troubleshoot Generation – Rooftop
Inverter is not producing due to error codes. Serial#: Model: Fault Codes:
Troubleshoot Inverter
MLE are underperforming or failing to communicate and may need replacement. Include serials if available(optimized and microinverter systems)
Troubleshoot Module Level Electronics
This system has been recently PTO’d or resolved Collections Default case
Activate System
Customer has been evading payments.
Deactivate System
SYSTEM IS PERFORMING AT HEALTHY LEVELS WITH NO APPARENT ISSUES –– CUSTOMER HAS PAID FOR SERVICE
Check System Health
Battery is low or minimum SOE and is in danger of depleting entirely.
Charge Battery
Battery is not charging/discharging properly or has entered critical SOE.
Service Battery
Customer has had or is concerned that snow will come off the roof in sheets. Fees have been paid/waived.
Install Snow Guard
Customer has or is concerned about animals nesting under arrays. Fees have been paid/waived.
