help you organise and plan your session so you work efficiently and safely

components of a workplan
A
- time:
- need to estimate how long each step will take
- needs to be in increments of 5-10 mins
- steps:
- group steps together in a logical sequence
- eg. collect and prepare all ingredients
- TEM (tools, equipment, machines
- any items you require to complete that step
- eg. chopping board, chef’s knife
- hygiene risks:
- identification of any risks associated w each step
- need to explain why it is important
