A
Patronage (hire/fire/reshuffle/promote/demote) - 2010 Salmond had to fire the Transport Minister because the snow was very dangerous and the minister didn’t prepare.
Representing Scotland- 2012 London Olympic Games and meeting the Royal family when they are in Scotland.
Setting the agenda at Cabinet meetings (no good examples)
