Difference in format : Unlike other sheets it doesent have bills for an entire month .It has units on an hourly basis
It has stores as different sheets instead of columns

Why do we need all 30 days of data ?

Thanks to the format in powerconsumes data ,we have units burned on hourly basis . We need to get that for an entire month by subtracting start of the month and end of the month readings.So we need all 30 days of data to calculate that
