How do we calculate the total money , from the units burned ?Is the charge rate same everywhere or is it different for different stores?

How do we calculate the total units burned .do we take the difference between start of the month and subtract it with the end of the month?

We only have 13 days of data (for Vijjaywada , masjid road), Do we need to interpolate the data ? or is there more data available from other sources ? Like database or actual people?
