Giving off a sense of calmness and coolness
Example:
My wife’s nonchalant behaviour towards her health is giving me cause for concern; I want her to be healthy, so we can both live long for our kids
adroit (adj)
Skilled, either mentally or with one’s hands
Example
He is an exceptionally talented software engineer, adroit at using several programming languages and writing beautiful code.
chicanery (n)
Trickery or deception, usually in politics or where money is involved
Examples:
Tinubu was known for chicanery, he cheated the public out of millions

demur (v)
To object to doing something
Example:
I will demur to his action to cut down salaries for low income earners
insouciant (adj)
Showing a lack of concern or interest
Example:
I noticed he was insouciant about the matter we were talking about last week
arriviste (n)
A person who is extremely ambitious and has recently acquired wealth or power.
Example:
Elon musk is an arriviste. His chain of companies have been able to build enormous wealth for him
parvenu (n)
A person who has recently gained status or celebrity
Example:
Shallipopi is a parvenu. He only became popular recently.
