Mefenamic acid 500mg bd or tds 5 days
Tranexamic acid 500mg bd for 5 days
2nd line
Norethisterone 5mg tds for 21 days

Gestational diabetes

GDM fasting 6.1-6.9 (=/> 5.9% hba1c)
DM in pregnancy fasting =/> 7, random =/> 11.1 (=/> 6.5%)

2nd T
GDM fasting 5.1-6.9, 1hr OGTT =/> 10, 2hr OGTT 8.5 to 11
DM in preg fasting =/> 7, OGTT =/> 11.1
