How does Chinese Celery differ from American Celery?
american celery is milder in function than asian celery

Contraindications:
Spinach - Bo Cai
spinach and tofu soup is very bad and cause KD stones - content of Oxalic acid along with the shi gao in the tofu can cause stones to form. Chronic Diarrhea should not eat too much spinach, will cause more diarrhea.
What is the difference between Chinese spinach and American spinach?
spinach grows low to the ground, it is heartier and not as watery, is darker green, spine is pink
