Blend of all 3 Champagne Grapes, aged for 4 years in their cellars. This is made in a fresh style with fruit notes balanced by acidity, like Veuve. The estate is converting to organic viticulture and is owned partially by Leonardo DiCaprio

In the foothills of the alps in Northern Italty, made from 100% Chardonnay from high elevation vineyards since 1902. No relation to the car company. However, it is now the official “toast” wine of Formula 1.
Laurent Perrier “Grands Siecle It. 26”, Brut

First released in 1960 to celebrate Louis the XIV’s 300th Wedding Anniversary, the bottle is made in the style of a bottle from 1705. Tete du Cuvee means “highest quality champagne for the winery”, and this is the tete du cuvee for Laurent Perrier. This is remarkable because most Tete du Cuvee are single vintage, but LP believes in the power of the blends. This wine is a blend of 2012, 2008 and 2007, and aged 10 years on the lees in their cellars. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Monterery County, southeast of San Jose, across the valley from the Santa Lucia Highlands. Ripe red raspberry and plums, with spice notes and a soft finish. Great for anyone looking for fruit centered Pinot Noir.

Volnay is in Southern Burgundy, Cotes du Beaune region. Elegant, soft, silky texture. Usually these wines gain this as they age, but because our vintage here (2019) was particularly warm, the wine matured quickly. Approachable, balanced and impressive. The producer has ties to winemaking going all the way back to 1552.
