Wine Service

A

White Wine: Chiller should be brought to the table with wine

Red Wine: A white linen napkin should come with the wine to clean any drip

Sparkling: Each cage has six twists before it can be taken off. Spin the bottle from the bottom, while keeping a firm hold on the cork. The goal is not to make a popping sound.

Wine glass should be polished on the table before you return with the bottle

Present the bottle with the three B’s (Vintage, Vineyard, and Varietal)

Pour a small taste for the customer who ordered the wine

Once they approve, go around the table clock wise until each customer drinking has a 5 oz pour. Then place the remaining bottle in the middle of the table with the cork
