A

Sparkling wine from France in Champagne region
Made via Traditional method
- Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay made into Still wine which is bottled
- Sugar and Yeast added in bottle to start 2nd fermentation
- Aged at least 12 months Sur Lie (in contact with yeast)

Toasty and citrusy aromas with high acidity and fine bubbles

Cava

A

Sparkling wine from Spain, primarily from the Catalunya region on the northeast coast
Made via Traditional method just like Champagne

Lemon and Peach flavors, herbal notes of matcha, bready aromas, with larger bubbles and lower acidity than Champagne

Prosecco

A

Sparkling wine from Italy, mostly from Prosecco region in northeast Italy
Made via the Tank Method
- Still wine (usually Glera grape) is put into tank
- Sugar and alcohol is added to start second fermentation

Lime candy, pineapple, and white flower flavors and aromas. Larger bubbles than Cava and Champagne and no bready flavors
