What are the necessary steps to take to send an unfinished bottle of wine home with a guest?
Cork the bottle, place the bottle in a sealable plastic wine bag, staple a receipt to the wine bag. Inform the guest that the bottle must be out of reach of the driver for the duration of the ride home.
