- NV = non vintage - wineries do not use a specific year’s harvest for their blend, instead use different harvests to increase complexity
- Gaspereau Valley has very similar climate and growing conditions to those of the Champagne region of France making Benjamin Bridge a world-class producer of sparkling wines

- Fume Blanc is the North American version of Sauvignon Blanc

- aged in French Oak for 9 months

- Orange wine is white wine produced by the red-wine method - white grapes are fermented with skins on
