When cool air over the sea sinks and the warm air over the land rises

When the cold air on land sinks and the warm air on the water rises

Stream of wind that blows about 200 mph and is about 10km off the ground. They affect the the weather
Trade winds
Wind that blows toward the equator
Doldrums
A spot in the equator where there are very few winds
Prevailing winds
Winds that blow away from the equator
Prevailing westerlies
Winds that blow west to east
Polar easterlies
Winds that are found around the poles and go east to west
La Niña
Band of cold ocean water that develops off the coast of South America. In Pacific Ocean
La Nino
A band of warm ocean water that develops off the coast of South America. In Pacific Ocean
The Gulf Stream
An ocean current found in the Atlantic Ocean that brings warmer temperatures to the east coast of the U.S
