Use Wann when asking a question about the time
Answer with:
um + time (um sieben Uhr)
am + day (am Sonntag)
im + month or season (im August, im Sommer)
in + a later point in time (in fünfzehn Minuten)
To say time intervals use:
von … bis + time or day of the week (Von Montag bis freitag, von acht Uhr bis neun Uhr)
ab + time or day of the week (ab neun Uhr, ab Montag)
to be closed
