I will let food go to waste if we do not need it.

I will thank it for being there if needed, but if it was not needed it will go in the bin. Better wasted in the bin and doing no harm than me saving it and incurring the calories.

These stop me from eating food I donโ€™t need and food that wonโ€™t give me company, companionship, love or entertainment. It wonโ€™t lift up my soul, it will just drag me down. Itโ€™s a trap!! ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ˜˜

I donโ€™t need emotional comfort or food - I need rest and sleep.

When I feel exhausted or just want to take some time out for myself before I move on to the next thing - I find something relaxing to do or steal a few minutes on my way home to look at a view or breathe in some air or meditate. (e.g on the way home from work I could stop at the wetland instead of HJs)

A

This restores my soul and clears my mind. And gives me some me time before I have to back to serving others.
