Part 2.1 Representation.

- Duty holders must ensure control measures are maintained so they remain effective.
Section 38 Review of control measures.
- Duty holder must review and revise control measures as necessary to maintain a safe work environment.
- Control measure must be reviewed if.
- A control measure does not control the risk.
- A new hazard or risk has been identified.
- Results of consultation indicate a review is necessary.

- Medical treatment.
- Effective communication to coordinate emergency response.
- The testing of emergency procedures.
- Information, training, and instruction in relation to emergency procedures.
- The PCBU must maintain the emergency, so it remains effective.

A PCBU must manage psychosocial risk.
Section 55D Control measures of Psychosocial risk.
A PCBU must implement control measures to.
