• Cantina is a warm & welcoming streetside bar & cafe
• The house specials are its Michaeladas, Margaritas with various agave spirits, and Palomas made with bespoke grapefruit cordial
• There is no menu but the bartenders are well versed in all classics and will do their best to get you the best drink
• Full dinner menu is available at the bar - or self collect from the bar if you prefer to sit outside
• It is a walk-up service model where the bartender is friendly and always there to help, just need to holler - Extra points if you bring your empty glass back to the bar!

• A modern (sit down only) Singapore/Mexico fusion restaurant with a best-in-class cocktail program focusing on all things Agave
• It is operated by highly trained 2-person team nightly
• The food is an honest blend of local Singaporean flavours encased in familiar (and unfamilar) mexican formats
• The cocktails are made to the highest standards with progressive techniques used to accent the showcase ingredients and agave distilates
• The backbar is truely unique in that it houses over 75 agave spirits and covers no less than 15 agave variatals representing 10 agave species and numerous styles of production

• D.F. is a full service restaurant and reservations are recommened, however, walk-ins are encouraged if space permits
• Cantina is walk-in only and can be used as a waiting room for a table in D.F. if needed - or as a place to relax after dinner in the D.F.

Can we order D.F. products in the Cantina?

• All food is available in both rooms (full service in D.F.)
• D.F. cocktails and spirits are ONLY available in that room aside from two approved items
• Cantina items (beers, michaelada, etc) are available in D.F.
• All items are to be passed via the window with the use of the little bicycle bell for notification. This is part of the show.

• Traditional Mexican cantina snack that is usually made with fried garlic which we substitite with Ikan Bilis (dried & fried anchovies).
• First bowl is free with any drink or food order in D.F.; refills are $2.5 per bowl

• The Barbary Team have always prided itself on anticipating trends and offering the market something we feel would benefit the diversity of the Singapore F&B landscape
• With Mexican food and spirits enjoying massive growth in the greater asia market we feel a shop focused on quality product, authentic category education, and one that honours both the local and imported influences will be a strong addition to the offerings in our community and beyond
