Best: Gavi di Gavi and Gavi di Tassarola

Gavi di Gavi: finesse and depth from chalky soil. Powerful, concentrated and intensely perfume wines.

Gavi di Tassarola: higher clay content, richer fuller bodied with less minerality tone.
