Placed on the helmet of those that possess the quality of leadership. Ours is the Cross and Crescent.
Crown
A symbol of sacrifice, derived from the added weight of the head peace.
Helmet
Symbolizing good conduct, the spirit of fraternity and youth.
Mantling
Tradition of knights to hang with the coat of arms with no symbolic meaning.
Inescutcheon
Placed on our coat of arms symbolizing our merger with Theta Kappa Nu. Theta Kappa Nu’s crest was a red repent lion holding a white rose, symbolizing strength protecting innocence.
Collar
Symbolizes the extra burden and weight added. Symbolism is derived from the collar worn by horses pulling carts and carriages.
