Fresh citrus | floral | salinity!

“Vinho Verde” literally translates to “green wine,” but true interpretation is “young wine” because historically VV has been intended to be drunk soon after bottling. Modern VVs have more age-ability.

60% Pinot Noir | 35% Muller-Thurgau | 5% Chsselas

Teutonic Wine Company

candied fruit | citrus zest | funky earth and cheese

Great wine to carry you all through a meal at YJ. Though the wine is mostly Pinot Noir- remember that it is possible to produce white wine from red grapes. The skin of a grape is where all the pigment lies, so in pressing the juice away from the skins early, it doesn’t allow the skins to impart color.

Definitely recommend for a Gewürztraminer or Riesling drinker
