Whisky regulation
- DISTILLATION of a mash made from MALTED CEREALS w or w/out whole grains of other cereal
- Fermented by the action of yeast

- MATURATION (final distillate) at least 3 YEARS in wooden casks not exceeding 700 liters capacity

+ not be SWEETENED/ FLAVOURED, contain additives (except caramel)
Bourbon Regulations
- Contain at least 51% corn. the rest = mix of other cereals
- must be produced in USA
