• The glycoprotein present in the cell walls
• appears magenta مظهر أرجواني
• with red- shaped bacilli and PAS stain //
• diastase resistant granules( consist lysosomes and partially digested bacteria)
• small intestine mucosa containing enlarged, (( foamy macrophages )) !!
