What specifically causes you to believe. - You use this because they’ve already made a decision on something. Your only options is to accept that decision or challenge it.
What don’t you say in between questions because it’s a red flag that you’re reading a script?

Lose the expression, “No problem” Don’t ever say it again. Also lose, but, so, and now. - Why?
No problem assumes there was a problem. - Saying, “I’d be happy to bring that to you, is there anything else?” completely serves them. It’s all about them.
So, but, and now all are an obvious pivot point saying I don’t care about what you just said and I want to talk about what I want now.
