What to do at first support down?

Is it reasonable to buy directly first support down?

Answer 1

I am not a big fan of buying the “1st support” after a big rally,

because it only holds in the case of a parabolic rally.

While I’ll be watching the reaction there, I’d prefer to see it test and perhaps pop above N-points to try long for a level to level move.
