can be internal (fear & anxiety) or external (deadlines and exams)

Psychological symptoms
- nervous, worry, fear, panic, irritable, over reactive, mood swings
Behavioural symptoms
- eating patterns changed, disturbed sleep, drug and alcohol abuse
Physiological symptoms
- irregular breathing, increase in hr, sweating, muscle tension, headache
