Provide individuals with choice, support them in achieving self-identified goals, address all aspects of life, and empower them to make decisions for them selves.
EX- Allowing clients to choose the menu during cooking group, inviting client to serve as a representative on a hospital committee, or helping individuals identify with de-escalation technique works best for them.
