What is ocean acidification
A
The ocean is a carbon basin, but because we have increasing amounts of CO2 the ocean also absorbs a lot of it. If you mix water and co2 it creates a very weak carbonic acid. If the ocean continues to absorb co2 this acid will become stronger and continue affecting sea life.
