What does a 4-way solenoid do?
A
-direct acting control that changes position when energized/de-energized. This puts water in, or takes water out of valve cover chamber of powertrol (deep well) valve.

Which mercoid is always found on wells?
A
High pressure
- high pressure cut out/cut-off
High pressure mercoids trip when pressure builds up on unregulated zone. These have one arm for the set point and need to be manually reset.

Wells have both a CRL and CRD on the system PRV for what reason?
A
The CRD will regulate the psi going into system, the CRL will sustain the psi on the well.
